ST. Lucia Citizenship
The Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program is the newest program in the Caribbean established in 2015 yet one of the strongest passports within the fast-track citizenship programs. Applicants obtain an irrevocable citizenship and passport without having to reside in the country or renounce their current nationality.
Pathway To ST. Lucia Citizenship
1. Donation
Non-refundable financial contribution to a Government fund. The cost varies depending on the number of applicants and their ages.
Program Charges
- USD 100,000 for a single applicant
- USD 140,000 for a main applicant and spouse
- USD 150,000 for the main applicant, spouse, and 2 qualifying dependents below 18 years.
2. Real Estate
Saint Lucia has a huge appeal for visitors and tourists and is proud of the range of real estate it offers. The Citizenship Investment Programme is an option for investors in approved real estate projects under the following categories: high-end branded hotels and resorts high-end boutique properties any other project that the Minister, on the recommendation of the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Board and after consultation with Cabinet, consid-ers necessary Investment in real estate through one of the Government approved real estate assets; freehold property with title deed and hotel shares with a minimum investment of USD 300,000.
